Haha, and then come back on to respond to a customers issue by saying that it "isn't the tune's fault" but that they will look into it.

....Completely disregarding the dozen+ people having serious issues with the v2 tune

It's my understanding that there isn't such a thing as a DCT tune, and that you can get the desired effect by performing a DCT adaptation reset.

They make one for the M3, for some reason just assumed it would be possible. And yes I figured out resetting the adaptation part, I was surprised it actually works. 1-4th gear shifts a bit better after a reset it a couple weeks ago.

Maybe one day..

Yes, but my point is that it's said that a transmission "tune" is just resetting adaptation. Said by multiple tuners here and an aftermarket clutch vendor.
