Official Built Motor F10 M5 thread

Hey guys. Since completing my engine build and others quickly following suite to build even more power out of these beautiful machines figured there should be an Official Built Motor F10 M5 thread to help out others who may be interested and to show them off.

Feel free to post specs of your build (optional), pictures of parts, and pictures of your car. You MUST have picture of built/in progress motor for proof.

Please... No pictures of non built motor M5's please

Did you have to relieve the block to clear the rod bolts on these new rods, or was it already done for the stock rods?

That sucks... well at least it will be stronger. I know of another two people building theirs as well (at Dinan).

I was going to send it to steve but needed up having it done locally with a guy who builds BMW race motors and has rebuilt many S63TU's. Steve was a great guy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain his approach to building these motors. Would highly recommend him. If I were out in Cali I would have used him 100%.
