Here's the Dyno 4th gear pull from yesterday afternoon not bad considering its not getting the true ram air velocity like on the street. Also temps in the shop were hot as hell at 102+ and humid compared to last time in the upper 80's.

The Dyno doesn't give it justice, its a mod you have to experience to really see the difference. 22whp peak and 12 peak wtrq but power is all through the rpm. In 5th gear 15-20 peak whp but 30-40 whp and wtrq at 4000 rpm.

The track times should tell more of the story running a modded M5 and BMS 3.5lb increase. To be running right there with it in stock form for only an intake. Next on the list is flash tuning Dyno, and then JB4 compatibility.

We see how that goes

I think the final product should have ceramic coating.

90F and humid. First pull and ive been cruising for the last hour so car hasn't been cooled just a a normal pull once i found te chance. Vbox shows a .5 sec improvemnet from 9.8 to 9.3

I will do another pull see how it does if I can get the chance. At least I have one documented. I can say the car runs consistent no matter how hot and the higher the mph the harder it pulls.

It will be brushed aluminum helps dissipate heat alot faster without any coating. Also intake temps drop tremendously by the pull.

Example I sat in a parking lot with 98F for 25 minutes and watched intake temps go from 120-150. After I pulled off they started to trickle down to 147-148. As I opened her up the car felt strong didn't feel heat soaked at all. As I went through the gears intake temps went all the way to 115 and then when I let off it went back to 120.

I will give you the option what ever you want. Wrinkled black, brushed aluminum, polishd or color choice that is available at no extra charge.

Any product I put out there I want it to be maintance free as well as durable. The brushed aluminum you dont have to worry about scratching it and If you do all you need is a little bit of scotch brite and you're back in buisness. Polished aluminum is a lot of work and easy to scratch especially after its installed. Then you have to worry if you're technician will be as careful as I will be reinstalling durning maintance purposes.

So you will have the option and choice of : brushed aluminum, wrinkle black, color choice and polished.

Everything is turn key.

Includes shipping, install, base Dyno pull before intake, and loaner if needed. Also will include real Documented data and installation diagram step by step. All hoses and clamps will be already installed for easy installation and less adjustment time. Everything will be marked for the right adjustment but youll have the option to adjust yourself if needed. After install I'm a phone call away 24/7.

It won't be put in a box as is and shipped. First couple will be done in house do to instillation purposes, want to make sure there are no kind of inconsistencies in product and installation by another person or shop.

After a couple of intakes sold and another production run then I will ship out for other vendors and choice of instillation by the customer. I'm about catering to your needs and making sure the product and the service is top notch.

I promise you will be happy with the way it looks, sounds and performes. It will turn heads when youre cruising through a parking lot or giving it gas the sound is somthing special. When you pop the hood it will bring a smile on your face. At the track or gas station crowds will gather wondering what the hell is that.

Any way going to a half mile drag race in GA "wanna go fast" event. Will be bringing the M6 with all product development. If any one is close by stop by and see it in person. I should have some ready next week to start installing.

I will have a price point once my fabricator is finshed and a list of all R&D, parts, labor and material

Charge pipes w/ meth bungs and intake finished now to clean them up a bit for a brushed look. Still have alot of work to do, cut hoses to size and put them together. Damn lotta work.... easier when it was just for mw lol. I have to put together has to be just perfect from clamp adjustments hose angles ect.
If I just put in a box and shipped it would take you guys all day but the way putting them together should take much time.

Gonna Dyno today or tomorrow for the M6 to get a base Dyno run with te intake. Then onto the track and see if I can get my 10 sec pass

Will the intake pipe be a single piece or a few joint? Will the filter be in the engine compartment or in front of the radiator to catch the cold air? Really can't wait...

It's alot of parts engineered to fit perfectly for F10/F13 M5/M6 It's been redesigned over and over do to that reason. Plenty of adjustment for a perfect fit. It wasn't easy at all, do to the space available everything is set up for quality, performance maintance, and durability.
The car gets a true ram cool air effect and intake temps drop through the gears and go back to original intake temp once you get back to cruising. Where as the stock intake temps would climb by the gear to heat soaking plus it would take a very long time to get back to original intake temps.
Don't worry you'll be pleased with the look sound and performance

Also muffler delete with vband option of hand made resonator for those who still want the performance with out the drone. Other option straight pipe instead of rasonator. Finished with custom made 4" 304 stainless steal tips polished with logo CNC engraved. Custom made collector everything tig welded. The whole design was built from scratch.
