Extend Warranty

Hey guys so I just got a quote for an extend warranty which is 72 months/unlimited miles for $3650. Is this sound pretty good deal for you guys? Just want to get everyone opinion on it. Thanks in advance and yes this are factory bumper to bumper from BMW.

It seems very inexpensive. Is it an exclusionary policy?

Have you read what is included or excluded? Don't trust a pretty much an extension of the original warranty.

Sounds like a great plan - I'd jump on it as long as you don't see any red flags with the fine print.

OP,

That is pretty darn good deal. You may also want to know if that warranty is additive (from the current day or when you sign the deal) or from the car's in-service date.

+1 on knowing what is excluded and if there are any limitation to liability clauses which will cap off the max the insurance pays.

In addition to what is mentioned above, I'd also look to see what, if any, cap there is on the total amount the policy will pay out. Someone else got a quote recently that had a $15K total payout in the fine print, which obviously isn't going to pay for a blown engine or anything else along those lines.
