istep: worth updating?

Was curious, so exported my user profile and looks like my istep is at F010-14-07-504. Is it worth pursuing an update? Can a pre-LCI car actually go more recent?

I updated my car from 03/14 to 07/18 when I bought it and I noticed zero difference.
