Smile Never posted any photos here...so here it goes!

Hey guys! So I just realized I haven't been active whatsoever on M5 Post and today I decided to change that. I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned BMW M5. I must say I am absolutely in LOVE with this car! Coming from my nimble 135i to this monster was definitely a world of a difference. The car has come a long way from completely stock when I bought it a few months back so I thought I would share what I have done to it thus far...

Current Mods:
20" Vorsteiner V-FF 105's
Vorsteiner GTS-V Carbon Fiber Front Lip
Vorsteiner Carbon Fiber Rear Diffuser
Toyo R888's (285 front 315 rear)
H&R Lowering Springs
Stage 2 Bootmod3 ECU Flash Tune (HCP Custom Tuned)
3M Matte Military Green Wrap (Originally Alpine White)
Custom Built Straight Pipe Exhaust

(I'm sure I missed a thing or two, I'll edit this if anything else pops up)

The Vorsteiner gear is by FAR my favorite part when it comes to the cosmetics of the car. I get compliments on the V-FF 105's every time I step out of the car. The wheels have a very exotic look to them that makes them very difficult to miss. The carbon fiber bits really bring out the more aggressive look of the car. The 1x1 weave is insanely clean and fitment was SPOT ON. Couldn't be happier with how everything came out. Extremely classy group of people working over here with the best customer service you can imagine!

When it comes to power. I don't have enough amazing things to say about the guys over at Pro Tuning Freaks (developers of Bootmod3) and HCP Performance. Halim and Dzenan are stand up guys who know exactly how to take these cars to a whole new level. They are crazy fast with support and always willing to help. I am currently sitting at an estimated 630 whp (on crappy Cali 91). I have methanol on the way (dyno numbers will be released after that custom tune is done!) But seriously, if you're looking to take your car to the next level as far as power goes, these are the guys to reach out to.

I'm enjoying the H&R springs, however I do wish I could have the front a bit lower. I don't want to get rid of the EDC so cant go KW V3. I've looked around but haven't been able to figure out what would look good with my current wheel and tire setup. Just wanted it to look slightly lower and lessen that wheel gap. I was thinking maybe KW HAS? If anyone has any suggestions and / or photos, they would be much appreciated!

So with those things said, here are some photos of the car! I would love to hear your guys' thoughts on everything and would love to answer any questions that you guys might have about anything and everything that I have done so far! Thanks for reading

If you had described the look of your car with the matte green wrap I would have told you it wouldn't work for me. But, with the pictures it looks really good! A very nice package you've put together.

Very cool build.

I was originally on H&R as well and went to KW HAS recently and couldn't be happier; good compromise between fixed height springs and coils.

Looks great! I have those wheels as well. Do you rub at all with such wide tires while also lowered? Asking for a friend...

No, actually! I used Avery gloss black vinyl along with knifeless tape that is commonly used when wrapping a car to get that nice clean cut without scratching the headlight!

Thank you very much!! I really appreciate the kind words. Haha, this wasn't the very first color that was on my mind either, but a very good friend of mine was very persistent with his suggestion and I though "what the hell" and pulled the trigger on it! I'm very very glad that I did. It really came together well

Awesome!! How did this affect your ride height? I would love to go a little lower in the front.

Sorry about the late reply! The answer is right above! (Avery Gloss Black Wrap Vinyl)

Oh nice! Yeah I am in love with these wheels! Haha, yes actually, at my current ride height with the H&R's I do rub just slightly in the front and the rear. Only over larger bumps when driving at over 60mph. These were the only sizes that Toyo offered for the 20's.

KW HAS allows you to determine the ride height as the springs are adjustable so you can go lower; you can go lower than H&R with superior ride quality.

Good Luck!
