Dsc light on and rear diff lock message???

The car was stolen and involved in a minor damage to the passener side the police recovers the car and out a small battery in to move it.... since then i have a fault which the dsc light is on, message on idrive saying rear diff locked and sometimes start/stop failure i have changed the abs sensor got the car aligned fiited a geniune battery from dealer.... do i need to code the batterh? And code all the ecus eg like the dsc module and relearn the diff?? someone please help or anyone that can code all the modules for me including the battery coding
