The car had 1 service left on the service package.
The dealer did offer to service it but did I really want Carshop to service it....Hell No!!!

Funnily enough I did forget to tell them not to wash it when I dropped it off but remember when I got home so had to make a rushed phone call....now I just hope the message got through to them

I just got a video from them with a visual health inspection and so far so good...no leaks from beneath.

What did the old plugs look like, did you get to see them..

It was covered under the Service Pack, was the last one but more importantly it was the big one.

What else did it have done to it apart from oil and plugs, what about coolant, dct and diff was that included?

They stated that the only things that needed doing was:
- Oil & filter
- Air Filters
- Micro Filters
- Spark plugs

when is the coolant, dct and diff oil change required?

Diff oil is every second engine oil change.What is your mileage?

Your ok then those other things I mentioned need to be done above 50k miles.
Mine is going in next week for just the oil change.
