Parking sensor issue

Few days ago I ran into the store and when I came back the settings had changed. (E.g m preset buttons, seating position, etc) which also included some of the items I had coded months back. I got a new battery about a month after getting the car (almost 8 months ago) so not sure what caused the change suddenly. However, I noticed lately the parking sensor does not seem to be picking up curbs. It does work fine with items in the garage though. As far as I can tell, there is no damage or anything blocking. Not sure if this is related to the “reset” mentioned first, or what I should look for to diagnose. Thanks
