F10 M5 on KW V3 Coilovers

During my daily browsing of Japanese tuners I came across this F10 M5 lowered on what looks like KW Variant 3's. Photos and work performed by Dort Japan. Enjoy!

How do these work with the damper control system? Does this give any faults?

I dunno, a lowered M5 doesn't look as good to me as I thought it would. I think I actually prefer the stock ride height. That looks kind of...ghetto baller.

That looks like someone took a beautiful and properly proportioned vehicle and ruined it. I'm not interested in dragging the front spoiler anyway.

We will be receiving more information from KW North America shortly, however, they will most likely utilize the same EDC module as the E9X M3. This is a simulator and eliminates the use of suspension settings.

I agree with you. I just don't know what it is. Something about the F10 body style. They just don't look good lowered to me for some reason. E60 on the other hand, looks fantastic lowered IMO. I think maybe the F10 body is too big and has lines that are too soft to be complimented by a lowered stance look. I want to like it, I wish I could like it, I just don't for some reason. This is really bothering me, cause I usually don't like wheel gap.

Yep, exactly. I think part of it is that the F10 has much more of a downward slant back to front compared to the E60, even with the stock setup -- though these coilovers seem to have exacerbated that.

KW has had a set on the Moto GP M5 for quite some time so I'm curious to see what they have garnered from this experience and how they perform.

This pic is too low but it needs a slight drop. Probably something a set of quality springs can address.

Now this is looking good, compared to the first white M5. Imagine this with some 21's from ADV.1
