Used Instrument Cluster - Installing and Coding

Hi,

I need to replace my instrument cluster for my 2013 LCI M5. I'm looking to buy a used one on EBay. Does anyone know whether it is easy to install and code?

Will a BMW dealer code a used one or can anyone recommend a good independent or specialist in the UK that does this?

Cheers,
Paul

Welcome to the forum!
Why are you replacing the instrument cluster if you don't mind expanding on that.

Thanks and howdy. I'm exporting the car to Australia (moving back home) and want to change from MPH to KPH.

Yep - slightly different query this time. Looking at replacing the whole cluster now and not just the dial faces.
