First game was exciting with lots of lead changes. I'm a Warrior fan so I know I'm bias, but I thought it was a great, exciting competitive game. I hope the rest of the series is this close.

Warriors lucky to be up 1-0. Let's see how Cleveland regroups after this. Also, GS needs to improve their defense. This one slipped away from Cleveland. Looking forward to Sunday night.

Hysterical. Of course it's going to be close. It's the NBA. It's been rigged for decades. Absolutely no way this series does not see seven games. I don't know how you guys watch this crap. Wrestling is more genuine.

They were lucky for sure. I thought it was going to go to the Cavs.

There are lots of games left. If the Cavs can shake off this devating loss they could give the Warriors some trouble. Regardless of what some think of LeBron James personally, he is still an amazing athlete. As a Warrior fan, I personally hope the Warriors take it, but we will have to see.

I think Game 1 was great. But then, I'm a Warrior fan. You could be right about the games being rigged, but I don't personnally buy into that theory. All sports have this potential so why does anybody watch any sport? All sports have good and bad calls. It's interesting how fans can see the same replay and come to vastly different opinions based on the team for whom they are rooting.

If it's rigged then how come last year's finals was over and done in 5?

I have a feeling game 2 is going to be over by the third quarter. Hopefully I’m wrong. I see GS making adjustments on the glass. The X factor is Klay Thompson’s ankle. I also see KD having a better game. I don’t think GS took Cleveland seriously in game 1. They better not underestimate Cleveland.

Looks like there are a lot of GS fans here.
I am rooting for James, best all around player of all time.
And its not even close. Unfortunately his teammates suck, average players at best excluding Kevin Love, who is injury prone and cant perform at full potential consistently.
Take James out of this team and I believe that team cant make playoffs in the weak east. conf.
First game was great despite of everyone predicting GS easy win, but they forgot about James who almost won that game single handedly.
Should have won actually if not for bad call by refs. and semi retarded JR

Game 2 had this weird feel to it. I didn't find it interesting. I think Cleveland is going to make this a series. GS doesn't seem to have this fire in them.

Agree. First game was much more interesting. You could clearly see James wasn't as aggressive, didn't have the same fire in his eyes.
That loss was a hard one for them, James admitted after the first game that it was the toughest loss in his career.
But that aside, Cavs players are just not good shooters at all excluding Korver. Kerr figured him out and they don't let him catch and shoot. If he cant shoot then he is useless as he cant create his own shot due to the lack of athleticism.
James can shoot, but that is not his main weapon.
I would say Cavs may win one game at home and this will be over in 5.
Here is one more prediction. James will leave Cavs this summer and join his buddy CP3 in Houston.
Ok one more. If that happens, GS can say goodby to the NBA title.

James is a gifted player, no doubt. Let's check back in a year and see if your prediction is correct.

Going to Houston seems like a Durant like move. Houston would have to clean house to afford Harden, James, CP3.

It would be more fun to see him turn around the Lakers, take some of his buddies to LA. Bring back the old Showtime Lakers, average a triple double dishing it out Magic style. After all he now owns two homes in Brentwood.

Hard to tell where James is going to end up. Los Angeles has no proven track record, no ready to be an all star like Kyrie Irving was in Cleveland. I'd like to see James go to San Antonio, but I don't know if they have the Cap space. I know he'd love to play for Popovich. I think the Knicks might also be a possibility.

Not necessarily. It all depends on if we can offload Anderson and his whale of a contract. He's a liability on the court and makes an insane amount of money so he'll be tough to get a team interested. If we did make a move for Lebron though, Gordon would have to get traded as well. I would hope they could somehow find a way to keep Capela though.

The owner (Fertitta) already said he's ok with paying the tax penalties on the salary cap if they go over. He just wants a ring.

That's exactly what Golden State have been doing too. If they keep their current roster with their current contracts, they'll be paying nearly $250M in tax penalties alone pretty soon.....which is crazy and unsustainable obviously. But still, they've been doing it this way to get rings and it's working.

I agree. LBJ going to Houston would be a KD move. To me, it's a punk move. However, it won't be the first time for LBJ. LBJ has to decide whether he wants to chase championships. If the answer is yes, then going to Houston would be his best chance. However, the road to the championship would be a challenge. If LBJ wants to make the finals, then I would say stay in the East, and join Philadelphia. Other than Boston, and Toronto, the East is again weak. Sixers have a lot of money to sign LBJ, and add a additional good player. However, this might not be enough to get pass Boston. Remember, LBJ is getting older so a team that he doesn't have to put on his back in the playoffs, would be in my opinion, the best move. However, winning another championship, his window is starting to close. After it's all said and done, LBJ would stick Cleveland again, who by the way has the highest payroll in the NBA. And let's not forget the bad contracts of Kristian Thompson, and JR Smith.

Sorry guys. I'm trying to watch. It's almost unwatchable. The NBA has now became the league of 3 pointers. That's all players try to do. If you don't shoot more 3's the other team, you don't win. I'd loved to hear anyone explain me how the NBA is better now than past eras. Just don't see it.

If they do sweep, is it really that much of a surprise? Let’s be real. The East was a complete joke. Raptors number 1 seed...lol. Celtics missing their two star players. Lebron Cavs had to go 7 games against an Al Horford led Celtics squad.

Skip calling out Lebron for switching off KD every time down the floor, basically refusing to guard KD. There is a reason for that. Lebron compared to other elite players, was never in their league as a defensive player. Kobe or Jordan would be D-ing up KD every trip down the floor. Both were as ferocious on defense as they were on offense for the majority of their careers. Kobe and Jordan have 9 All-Defensive 1st team selections, Kobe another 3 2nd team selections. Most people forget Jordan was defensive player of the year of the entire league in 87.

I'm hoping for a sweep, and this jiberish about where is LbJ going? Funny how life works. LbJ started this Superteam BS, now he's getting his butt whipped by one.
