Why not dial back the torque so you aren't breaking so many pieces?

What mods do you have on your car btw?
None, really. Turner muffler delete, spacers, and charcoal filter removed. The plan is to go piggy or tune, R888's, and some cosmetic stuff. I don't want catless dp's because of the rattle nor do I want 750 whp that I can't use on the streets (no racing for me). If I had another daily driver I would be all about modding the beast to kingdom come.

I'm considering a Prius to get to and fro

Kind of off topic but the wastegate rattle goes for all manufacturers? Fabspeed, fabworx, ams, MSR, etc?

I think the 2015+ have electronic wastegates where the rest of us have mechanical--is this right?

There isn't a fully electric wastegate on any F10 M5. They've always been electro-pneumatic, certain versions have different springs/actuator arm lengths.

Do they do anything for an S63 powered 2010 X5M? I can't use JB4 or BCD due to they don't work on E series vehicles, so as best as can tell, no first gen S63 has surpassed 21ish lbs.

I'm happy with my tune, but I've been told it's an old base tune, so I know there's more after seeing what you and Allmotor are doing.
