Is there a model number to this kit to see what it's sold as on BMS' site for the sake of comparison to their other kits? I'm just trying to compare differences of this to say what'd be required to make it work on an X5M.

BMS has their dual nozzle kit for $619. They don't really have a model number. They have various options that bring it to this price. The fittings were purchased from Coolingmist and ProMeth. The tank, FSB, solenoid, and pump came from BMS.
