Wow. Say what you will about some of these rich Russians, this guy seems to have a heart at least. I respect the fact he is donating to the war victims. In other news I've seen he is apparently trying to help broker a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine.

I've only heard allegations he has close ties with you-know-who.

I had only heard the rumors about a Swiss billionaire possibly being interested in buying the club but I didn't know he was teaming up with the LA Dodgers co-owner to put in a joint bid.

Meh they're not the real problem. They've spent plenty. The board needs to wise up about the manager and player recruitment. They've hired Ragnick to that end, hopefully. We'll see if they listen to him though.

yeah you are right, too many people at the table, some terrible transfer decisions too. I still don't like what they did to Donny Van De Beek, why buy a player to never play him? then loan him out and he plays unreal?

Havertz continuing his good play with a couple of goals. Pulisic with a gimme but I'll take it.

first half was bad, but damn Havertz is coming into his own! Pulisic played well, Reece James is always a stud, we have missed him.

Yeah it wasn't looking great in the first half but it's like they decided to put their foot on the gas in the second. They should be playing that way for 90 minutes in every game!

Glad to see James back in form. I think the midfield of 5 with James and Chilwell out wide really was what help Chelsea out.

Also a bit sad Roman won’t be owner anymore. I hope Marina brokering deals will stay but we will see. Roman didn’t try those bullsh!t sponsor deals Man City and PSG did to balance the books.

I knew nothing about him until I looked him up but I prefer the Swiss and American duo, just because. I sure as hell don't want the other Saudi billionaire to buy them either.
