Pneumatic Wastegate Actuator for S63TU

Does anyone know of a part number or where to source only the pneumatic wastegate actuators (diaphragm and arm) for the turbos on an S63TU engine? Realoem shows the turbo assembly as a whole and I can’t find a wastegate on ECS or FCP that shows fitment for an F10 M5. I’m putting a set of Pure Stage 1 turbos in and they did not come with the actuators and I’d rather replace those now so I don’t get the damn rattling maraca noise from the front end of my car still. Thanks!

Not available on their own. I had a leak in the diaphragm on one of mine on my last M5. No numbers to cross reference stamped on it either! Ended up buying a whole second hand turbo just the the actuator. Maybe ask Pure if they can supply them or at least some information on them.

That’s what I was afraid of! I just emailed pure I’ll see what they say. I bought a vacuum gauge to set and test the current wastegates that are on the oem turbos if I end up having to use them. Kinda expected the new turbos from pure would have them installed already.

Also, how did you figure out your diaphragm was leaking?

I had a pump up vacuum gauge attached and it wouldn't hold vacuum, it would tail off but took a few seconds to do it. Car would pull well in third for instance, but on a longer pull power would tail off.

Sounds good I’ll check both diaphragms this weekend. Pure got back to me and said you’re just supposed to just change over the old actuators to the new turbos and didn’t mention if they had any in stock. He said the wastegates should hold 12-13 in.Hg in the fully closed state.
