One step or two step spark plugs for stage 2

Just curious on opinions, what’s reccomended for a stage 2 tune, one step colder plugs or two step colder?

Two step colder plugs. Part number NGK 97506. Burger tuning has the entire kit.

I think the BMS kit has the thin wall socket that you will need for the job if you do not have one already. If you are tuned then you may want to get them from FCP euro for the lifetime warranty.

Those plugs are two steps colder for a N54, but are stock temp for our engine and others.

Actually they are one step colder, 8 for NGK translates to 4 for Bosch, OEM spec is Bosch 5

There's a lot of misinformation out there regarding plug temperature ranges, but all that aside the plugs required as mentioned above are NGK 97506 whether the car is standard or 1000hp! Gap is important too. Gap them to whatever your tuner recommends, which is probably 0.022" stage 2.

Nice! I didn’t even think about FCP euro for the plugs and the warranty. Thanks
