my 2014 M5- maintanence

hey guys,

so i have a 2014 M5 with 76k miles. Car is out of warranty and im debating keeping it for another year or two but a little concerned on if i should trade it now or pay the cost of replacing brakes and do all the fluids which will end up costing me about $4k.

are any of you guy having any problems with you high mileage M5s like major repairs?

i just dont want to keep the car and then end up with a repair bill that 10k for something stupid.

by the way, my car has had all the scheduled maintanence up to date.

thoughts? should i keep it another year or two and invest the money in the car? or dump it and get something new and avoid possible headaches?

any responses are welcome.

thank you guys,

If you plan on keeping it for a few years then get everything done that needs doing otherwise if the maintenance is up to date and you may sell it then do nothing.

It depends on how much money you have to spend on cars, I wouldn't have an M5 without a warranty and at that mileage I would be even more paranoid

thank you for the feedback. its seems as cars are becoming more and more reliable as it is... if i can get another 1-2 years out of it i will be happy, i drive the car about 20-25 miles a day..

I also say keep it and do the work. I would not be concerned at all at 76k miles. I'm at 66k and feel like the car is brand new and barely broken in.
