There’s a similar CAI to RK for sale on Ebay for little over a 1k. So, both parties are correct.

Intakes go new for $2250, nobody should be listing them for less without our permission. If you purchased for less than that amount, we most likely had a sale going on. We have had sales over the years. That might be when you guys received the discounted price. I know last year we had 40% off to move inventory end of year.

I will say this though, for $1700 I would highly suggest contacting Raza, the owner of RK Autowerks, and ask what his current pricing is on his inventory.
You might find out he's got some inventory to move and score a deal.
I currently have this intake and it's super fun and well made.
