Selling my 2016 Imola Red F10 M5!
So with great regret, due to a change in circumstances (mainly me now having to drive 500 odd miles a week!) I am making the too sensible decision to sell my beloved 2016 M5 which is finished in Individual Spec Imola Red.
Check out Piston Heads for the advert/pictures. Would love to see this go to a good home - it's an immaculate car, still under warranty with lots of extras (HUD, cameras, LED Adaptive Lights etc). Link to the car - https://www.pistonheads.com/classifi...la-red/9794225 |

There are 3 UK RHD F10 M5's in Imola Red II - originally registered as LD66BTY, EU66TYT or DP66FZS. Based on your spec, yours was one of the first two which only differ in one has extra 12v sockets and one doesn't.
I missed out on LD66BTY from Park Lane BMW which had just over 900 miles on the clock when they sent me the video as somebody put a deposit down between them sending me the video and me viewing it.

Ah! Very good to know! Seems as though the dealer spun me a good yarn!
Mine is the EU66 TYT one with a private plate now. I think it’s the best colour in the F10 M5 (hence why I bought it!). Thanks for the info! One of three is still pretty cool |

If i didn't have one now I'd consider it especially as it's got the black comfort seats I would only have.No doubt a rare colour one of three in flat red which is unusual, you must be gutted selling this..have you not considered a cheap to run chugger for your 5oo mi a week then enjoy the M in the evenings and at weekends.

Thanks - it really is a stunning example.
Gutted to see it go but can’t afford to run two cars...Heavens forbid, after the latest Top Gear I’m actually considering a Tesla Mode 3 for the fuel economy and performance, but I will definitely miss the roar of the 4.4l V8! Especially with this weather! Getting lots of offers from the trade and sourcing companies but way too low trade prices! Let’s see how the sale goes - every time I drive it makes me reconsider the whole “being sensible” thing! It’s funny as my wife refuses to drive it - she suggested a Nissan Leaf and I swear a part of my soul died 😂 |
