Funny enough I was on the list but I made sure I didn’t pay a deposit until the lheadlights were in stock. The owner contacted me saying they had a pair left if I wanted to jump ahead in line. I told them I would wait for the batch arriving in July/Aug. At this point I would rather mod my lights than go through these types of issues for $1800 no less... No thanks

When I got my headlights tested them and the passenger side DRL would not work. That same light has a rattle when you rotate it so I called and explained. They stated that there was an issue with several headlights. They said I would have to order an after market headlight module. The two of them cost me almost $200 and they never mentioned that prior. They also wanted me to get pliers and bend and pull the connections within the headlight. I refused to do that, but did order the parts he said would resolve the "known" connection issue. I attempted a second install once I got the other parts and the same problem exists.

Now that I have had enough and asked for a refund, not only are they sticking me with shipping, but a re-stoking fee. I understand paying a fee if I change my mind or order the wrong part, but after all of this, and having a defective part... That has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Their response to my request for information of making the return was
[COLOR="Red"]"Our return information is on the web site – terms and conditions.
You will be responsible for return shipping."[/COLOR]

Do yourselves a favor and find your products elsewhere.

I'll be contacting the BBB and visa about this. I don't believe one should have to pay these fees when the seller's have these issues with their products and services.
I'm sorry you had to deal with this too. This company should not be in business.

Smart man, the thing is the quality is not guaranteed even if it was in stock. You would end up wasting time and money swapping the headlights only to find out they won't work properly.

I Agree. I don't know why they are on the vendors list on the site. IMO they should be banned for the way they do business. I just shipped back the headlights. It's costing me $500, plus they are going to charge me a restocking fee. I'm going to be out around $800 for nothing. It's absolutely insane!

Do you think putting in a complaint with the credit card company might help?

I would absolutely call your credit card company ASAP. Let them know the situation, they will handle it. You are not sending them back because you don't want them, you are sending them back because they are garbage and don't work. Definitely let your credit card company handle it for you.

Thanks! I'm going to call them tonight.
I want to get this sorted and figure out where a reputable place to get some headlights that work is.
