STP Start Stop Engine Cleaner

I have a bottle of this given to me by a friend.

I have two questions. Firstly, is it safe to use and secondly is it worthwhile?

Does anyone have any knowledge of experience of STP Start Stop Engine Cleaner.

Dispose of it in a manner consistent to adhering with local laws and regulations, and don't put it anywhere near the engine.
