Thx

You have a few options

touch them up with BMW paint using a cocktail stick or get the front end repainted and then PPF it or learn to live with it.

Depends on how bad they are.

Thanks guys. I will check out revive.

They are not too bad, its just that the rest of the car is perfect, so a little annoying. First world problems!

Nice job, I am sure it will be fine. My experience however of these mobile paint guys is not great to be honest for the sake of an extra £100 or so my view is would always to get into a body shop with the usual low bake facilities etc.

Having said that I guess the materials these guys use have come along way

Cheers

We recently had a large ‘cheap end’ paint repair on the other car. The results were catastrophic... paint coming off under pressure washer, general flaking, massive peeling on awkward corners.

The repair above looks great but I’m comfortable to live with minor chips as a touch up.

N/S left bottom bumper was my weakness scraping it once slightly a while back.Halfords ordered the coded paint spray B41 and after paper rubbing to get smooth surface 3 coats of colour blended it in nicely and a week later with some rub compound. Then after a few days a clear coat to protect and after a final rub voila! Perfect finish.

Sounds great. I have always been terrible at bodywork stuff. Well done on that!

When was the repair done? What has it aged like? Tempting to use them for a repair on mine.

Only done recently but perfect so far.... been pressure washed with zero issues and looks exactly like original paintwork I am very happy with the results 👍

Yes, it's an oem BMW diffuser which thankfully was on the car when I bought it.

I bought all of the BMW M Performance carbon parts from Cotswold BMW Cheltenham for £1100 when I had the M5

This was wing mirror covers, rear diffuser and boot spoiler, front black grills were extra
