No sound on my nav

I am new here and just picked up my first and new BMW330I Jet Black. I am having a problem with the Nav. It doesn't give me any voice command directions. I have the setting for voice command set but all it does is silent the radio for a few seconds like it was going to give direstion and then goes back to the radio. My saleman stopped by the house tonight and still could not figure it out. He said I was the first to receive a 330 with nav in this area and he is not very familiar with it. Am I doing something wrong or he suggets that they may have to reboot the Nav. Thanks for any help.

Flash !!!!! Thanks for your suggestions but that's not the problem. You probably wouldn't be able to help me anyways as you don't have your car yet. Keep your comments to yourself till you receive yours. I will keep my eye on the site and will be sure to give you great help with all the questions you may have when you receive yours in about 2 months. Any one else have any suggestions.
