Razor key conversion

I've always been annoyed that my M5 key was the same as a lowly 320i. Working with G Coding we were able to get Genuine BMW F chassis "razor" keys working naively with my F10 M5. If you are interested in getting a spare key made for your car, or you want this retrofit for your F chassis BMW that has the old style Comfort Access key message him!

This is not the older known method of using a hot air station to move the SMD security package to an aftermarket board in a Chinese key. These are genuine Hella made keys!

Pricing is set at $349 for most F chassis cars wanting this key, with a break for multiple keys at the same time.

My car didn't need to leave my garage, I just sent my original key (which still works normally) along with my CAS4 module to G Coding and he shipped me back my CAS/Key with the new keys added. Reinstall CAS and off we go.

If you are local to him (Louisiana) he can do it to your car while you wait.

I was down for 4 days, including a Sat/Sun. Overnight shipping both ways.

It looks a lot better than the standard key but now it won't fit in the little slot in front of the cup holders.

Only a DCT has it.

I give you props for getting it done and it does look like a nicer key fob, but I literally never look at my key fob or even take it out of my pocket or bag.
