Got hit today!! NOOOO!!

Okay, very frustrated today. Old man driving for Uber and texting on his phone turned into my car and pushed me into the median. Not sure what type of repair cost, but broke both mirrors, all rims, all tires, scratched and dented both sides. Wrecked the front a little. Pictures are included... RIP to my baby.

Dangg that sucks; hopefully they'll be able to fix the car. Seems like a lot of the body panels needs to be replaced/repainted.

From what can I see a lot of that can be machine buffed out except for front wheel arch/rear door which need paint blow in.Can't see any denting as such so just cosmetic attention needed. The mirrors could just have the glass and front cover where required rather than whole units.
*Can't see any tyre or wheel damage on the pic just a minute chip on a spoke.

Unfortunately all four rims need to be replaced and tires. If you look a little closer you will see giant gouges out of the rubber. The main contact point between the doors is pretty dented in you just cant see it in the picture well. Also, the left wheel/steering column has something wrong with it. They estimated about 4-5 weeks before everything can be completed and back to new. Was hoping to put some miles on her this summer, but doesnt look like it will be happening.

I agree with the above, it seems cosmetic with some heavy paint repair vs. a complete body panel replacement. You are going to need mirrors. For the rims (based on the pics) only see curb rash and can be fixed without replacement (nothing seems broken).

You just need a good shop to do the work. Based on your insurance deductible, I will take quotes from body shops without replacing the panels.

If you didn't have black painted wheels those curb rashes would barely even be visible.

But either way that sucks dude but your car isnt damaged that badly

Hey guys- figured I’d touch back and let you know what they came back so far as an estimate. Total damage estimate so far is right around 21k. Once I get the final I’ll submit the pic. Thank god for insurance 🙌

Lux, I feel for you and can understand what you are going through.

I got cut off by a high school kid same day as you and swerved to the right to avoid a front end collision. Car hit the curb and bounched up onto it and back onto the road. Gauged the wheel, cracked the front lip, and steering wheel is bit off now.

Working with their insurance company right now to get things correct.

Best of luck and hope to have our cars back on the road soon.

Main thing is you didn't get hurt. Insurance will get your car back to sparkly levels again. Sorry to hear what happened.
