How does bootmod3 burble work?

How does it work? Does it just leave the exaust valves open, or is it more complicated than that? Is the badass-ness of the burbles measurable in "MegaFonzies"? All important questions.

Mine only seems to work for about 1-2 minutes in all gears after starting the engine. After that it stops burbling, i don't know if that's how it's supposed to be but I want burbles all the time. I have their stage 2 93 oct mild burble map

Huh mine is burbly all day. Just gotta get up about 3-4k rpm and burble away in the stage 1 tune. Can't wait to try the aggressive burble stage 2 once I get downpipes. Are you using downpipes with the tune? Maybe it's not burbly if your not in compliance with the tune? Idk just a guess.

basically all software, throttle overrun, etc

i am so confused why m5 owners want their cars to sound like m3/4, burping farting, sounding like a honda civic.......

Yes
Is this something I can turn on and adjust how aggressive I want it? Like the boost by gear, Active Sound, Exhaust valve actuation, Or does it have to be done through the tune?

Look on ots maps there a tune called AGG which is aggressive burble tune

You don’t have to have custom

And there will be adjustable sliders soon like s55

Do you have the exact valve set to open or closed or OEM?

I haven't messed with mine but I don't hear burbles on stage 1
