Dinan filter replacement

Anyone knows how to remove filters from Dinan air intake on f10 M5 ? Since Dinan is back ordered on this filters for almost a year, Iam trying to clean it recharge kit. What are your thoughts, replacing it with other brand or clean it ?

caveat that I do not own this kit. but they're usually the same as cleaning a K&N filter. the only thing I would wonder is if it's supposed to be oiled or not
