My mechanic who drives a e30 M3 things redstuff is far better than textar and it's equivalent and night and day compared to Ferodo
They are total sh1te. Had them on a Porsche brake setup I had for a while on my e46 M3. They literally crumbled and fell apart. The pads cracked and disintegrated and chunks of friction material literally fell off the backing plate. It doesn't take much digging to find details of similar failures either.

^ Certainly something that needs more thought before purchasing, at least the build quality should be like standard brakes, brembo, textar etc.

I have used 8-10sets of EBC green/redstuff over the years. Always been my goto pad. Low dust, great on track and warm up quickly. Never any issues.
EBC Yellow stuff however take too long to get to operating temp on the road, so i have only ran them once as they didn't suit me.
All that said, I'm sure there are better pads available. But i'll stick with EBC

Thus for the redstuff has been great for me... much more responsive than the standard pads.
Only time will tell with regards to how long they will last.
