How often should I change these?

They were changed in June 2018 with 8,000 miles I am having an oil change in June and am wondering if I should get them changed again.

The will be 2 years old and 10,000 miles

I changed mine when I smelt bad mustard so I'd go every 12k miles,when the engine air filters need changing.As you live in the country you haven't dirty city air so can prolong the change.

Got a price of £235 from Main Dealer

9 litres oil (i have a spare litre as I know you need 9.5)
Oil filter
Two microfilters (Genuine) appreciate Mann are cheaper but BMW doing the work
Rear diff oil
Two drain plugs for Diff

Then the same main dealer quoted £99 Labour to do the work so £334 for everything which is £80 cheaper than if they did it just through service...... Crazy!

I know but prefer to get it all done with BMW for the record in idrive, in my mind when I sell it it shows a really strong maintenance record
