Preventative Maintenance in Conjunction with Downpipes and Tune

Wondering if it makes sense to do any sort of preventative maintenance while installing downpipes and BM3/JB4. I'm thinking like replacing rod bearings, etc. just to double down on prevention of any issues, especially if the tune is going to be delivering more power.

Thoughts?

I didn’t do them at the time, but spark plugs and coils would be good to do.

Scope of BM3 and a JB4 is on a minimalist side compared to replacing rod bearings. Rod bearings are not preventative maintenance. Have seen these seize in the past but rarely and due to wrong oil or infrequent changes.

Just swap plugs.
