I flashed Stage1 Aggressive yesterday...liking it alot so far, likes has been said by others its very very smooth and strong. Boost control seems to be better, less of a spike before holding steady. It's been wet out so I really haven't got to push it yet but should be able to at lunchtime today.

Trying to download the map, but it states to choose the link that corresponds to your ECU. How do I know which ECU I have?

All maps are giving me boost leak errors but when I uninstall the car drives fine and no check engine light. With the tune it sounds really loud like the AC is on full when I floor it. Without the tune it's much quieter.

so is there actually a boost leak? may not be apparent on standard boost but when you almost double the boost level...

I need to try to reproduce it under stock conditions so my dealer will look at it. Or should I just tell them the symptoms even though the code will be erased when I uninstall the AP?

No. Got it emailed to me from COBB.
Planned on having Taco Bell for 4th meal tonight, but ate an e46 M3 instead. Raced 45-112 and had 5 bus lengths before we hit 100mph. The pull that this new map revision gives Stage 1, is ridiculous. /does not condone street racing. |

I've started to notice a little oscillation too in low gear and low rpm -- so far I've just noticed it when the car is cold but I may do some logs and post them up later to confirm.

I am running the Stock Throttle Sport Stage 1 + FMIC and man I can really hear the turbos now.
Windows up, 4th gear, 40mph (so the engine revving isnt noisy), I can fully hear them spool and release pressure when I play with the gas pedal. I dont recall ever really hearing more than a pressure release letting off the gas once the DCI was installed...but that was windows down. I also hear the wastegates a lot more now under hard pulls. None of this is presenting any problems, just observations. |

Yea I mention it because its not causing any problems, but since its such a drastic change audibly, I didnt know if maybe the turbos are working waaaay harder now due to the FMIC easing stress. |

How many miles until the ecu adapts? I wasnt running my cobb for a while and just put on V401
When first installed only hit 11.5psi, after about 50miles 12.5psi, now after 100 miles around 13.2 psi. When i first got the cobb last august I remember hitting 14.5-15psi. I am running V401 linear aggressive, mods : DCI, midpipes, axle back. Temp...about 50 degrees |
