Under dash 12v socket
I knew about the under glove box 12v socket after reading about it in a thread a few weeks ago. I set up my Cowan auto capsule dash camera today, plugged in under the dash. When I shut the car off and locked it the camera was still on. There is a blue light on the side. I had this camera in my M3 and the camera was left plugged in and would turn off when the car shut off. Is there a way to change this so the socket powers off, or will it power off at some point?

It does power off at some point. I think power to aux. systems lasts for like 15 minutes or so after car is locked.
