Locations of vacuum?

Hello world!

I just wanted to see if anyone had any vacuum diagrams for the F10 M5. I am dealing with a car that is not generating any boost, so I am going to try and replace any and all boost/vacuum junctions while I am in there. I have the diagram for the vac pump --> tank --> solenoids --> wastegates.

I am just wondering if there are any other places the car uses a vac/boost reference.

My car is super high mileage so I don't mind changing stuff out as I encounter issues.

Their is a T that goes to the Tank and the driver side of the engine which runs to a solenoid in the trunk.
That solenoid then goes to the exhaust flaps.

#6 is a T, which runs to the driver side of engine.

Get a hand held vacuum pump. It will make your search easier.

Also check the check valve on the actual vacuum pump. The diaphragm could have failed.

Where in florida are you?

In Weston.

I changed out the T you mentioned, all vacuum lines connecting to the tank, boost solenoids (these are new now also), and up to the shock tower union that then leads to the exhaust valves.

I pressure and vacuum tested the tank, and the line from the shock tower back to the exhaust valves. All checks out.

I also can run the engine and plug in my manometer into the line that goes from the tank to the shock tower union location and I get a steady 25psi-30psi of vacuum.

The car still fails to build boost, and still throws no codes.

Have never been so stumped before.

Check your exhaust manifold gasket. Use a borescope
