Stage 1 BPM tune is FIRE!!

Had to stop by and leave a review here for Mike and the pros over at BPM tuning.

Just had the Stage 1 tune put on my F10 M5 Competition and I gotta say, the car is lightning fast!

Overall drives better, so much fun, and I would highly recommend the remote tuning session! So many cool features are now available on the car.

But most of all want to give a huge shout out to Mike. Unbelievable experience, he fit the sessions to my schedule, install was a breeze, and he's just a cool guy to talk to.

Can't believe the owner of a company actually responds to text and will personally get on the phone with you for any questions you have.

I chose BPM because of the stellar reviews on this forum, and I gotta say I am so glad that I did. May have to go Stage 2 soon!

Cheers,

Brian

Another shoutout for BPM and Mike.

He did my stage 2 tune over 80,000 miles ago and it's still running strong. Great customer service too.

smoked_u M5 Well said. I had a similar experience. Tried to flash my tune on Sunday afternoon. Didn't follow the directions and had a problem. Called Mike and he answered, then spent the next 30 minutes on the phone while remotely connected to my laptop. I f'd up and Mike was super cool to get things sorted and the tune loaded. Stage 1 93 octane tune rules. Made my car so much better at 3000-5000 RPM. Should have done the tune sooner. The car is a ton more fun, which is great because it's my daily. Highly recommend Mike at BPMSport.

If you don't mind how much is it to get it remotely tuned like that. I just got a BM3 OTS stage 1 tune but I'm curious as to how much better an actual tune that's custom for my M5 and how much it would cost.

Add me to the BPM list.

Car runs amazing. Better than stock. I will probably post my own review after I get some more seat time. Still getting used to the throttle.

I do not know the difference between Stage 1 and 2, but Stage 2 is amazing so I would guess stage 1 is as well with less HP/TQ. Mikes software is really good smooth out my trans as well.

How much is it to get a tune done remotely if you don’t mind me asking? What’s the best way to get in contact with Mike? I’m wanting to do a stage 1 tune but Wanting to dial it down slightly to make sure the stock clutches don’t wear out.

Suggest you give Mike a call at at the number on their site. Ask if they offer a discount for forum members. The discount code saved me $100 off a tune

Great experience w/ Mike today inquiring about the tune. He is super knowledgable.

I have stock DP's and keep going back and forth on the cold start delete. Anything detrimental to turning it off?

Nothing detrimental other than you still need to wait the same 10-15 seconds as you would for any cold start.
