Fuel pump issues

My car has started stalling out and bogging at idle. Tested fuel pump with ISTA and ran fine when it was manually activated. Once I ended the ista function it stalled out. Should I be looking at the EKPS? Originally the fuel pump harness burned out so I replaced it.

No you need a new pump and ekps at this point. The pump is the amperage consumer and since the original harness was burnt up, that indicates the pump is drawing too much amperage ( creating heat). The ekps is also damaged due to the higher than rated amperage.
