CPO Question

Hello guys!
My AC in the 2014 M5 was acting weird so I took the car to the dealership. They replaced the blower & I am picking it up today & was told to pay $50 deductible. Being CPO i just wanted to know if it is indeed $50 deductible or dealership is trying to get money from me.
Thanks

Yes the CPO deductible is $50 for warranty repairs which is amazing bc no matter how much the parts and labor total it only costs you $50.

It seems like this for past couple of years.

Your certified pre-owned BMW after January 1, 2014. Unfortunately, BMW's warranty comes with a $50 deductible, but that beats shelling out big money on a major breakdown with no warranty.

I might be wrong maybe others can chime in with better answers.

Back in the E60 days yes it was free but they are always changing the CPO rules or guidelines for 2013 and 2014 M5's it used to be 6 year warranty or 100,000 miles now it's only 5 years from original in service date on 2015-2016 M5's

Just had my AC condensor replaced on my 2013. It was CPO repair and the $50 deductible was applied as stated in the CPO agreement.

That Blower was $1100 with labor. Glad I always go for certified.

The $50 deductible is normal. Luckily my SA only charged this to me once and I had a bunch of a different things repaired at different times.
