M5 Comp Winter tires?
Greetings,
I have a 2016 M5 w/ competition package with 20's and was looking for advice of the best brand of tires to use this winter season. I live in MD with moderate snow condition but can already see the need for better traction. Any help would be appreciated. Dre. |

I've got Sottozero's on my 20" OEM wheels and they've been great so far...I'm in Montana. Id recommend 265/35/20 vs 255/35/20 as they are too stretched on the rears.

I have nokian Hakka 9 on 20" and they're perfect. And also the best out there.

I'm running Dunlop 3D sport tires 265/35/20 on 343 wheels. I will switch these tires to 601 wheels after this winter as I'll be running summer tires on 343 wheels. So far no issues with cold temps or light snow.

I'm running an all square 20" setup recommend by Tirerack -- 20x9 Flow One wheels all around with Blizzaks. I live in Chicago and have used this for 2 winters. I've been happy with the setup. I've also heard good things about the Dunlop Winter Sport tires.
