Anyone heard or signed up with Endurance? According to ConsumerAffairs that was their recommendation.

Yeah I would have tried it but Warranty service would pay only to Dealership and their approved shops. I asked them to give me the check as the car is not worth that much but they said sorry we cannot do that. I was like ok Have BMW fix it and they offering 2 years warranty unlimited mileage.
Well thats strange. Never heard of a warranty not paying licensed independants.

That sounds very good. By comparison, I paid $6k for 4/50, very complete coverage. Plus, I put $1500 down and chose to pay the balance monthly for 24 months, zero interest.

Do you have to do any regular maintenance to keep the service contract happy? I have to do oil changes every 5k. That's what I do anyway, so no biggie. And if you do your own oil changes or repairs, will they pay you for the parts?

Iím going to go through the contract tonight to see what caveats there are. The sales guy of course doesnít mention any of those things. The part that worries about it so far is the negative reviews but then again you read about those with every company Iíve looked up so far.

I extended my warranty with BMW at the cost of £1k!

I was chatting to a mate in the motor trade and he bought a 2013 F10 M5 with 38k miles, unmodified with fsh.

Fortunately it had a transferable extended warranty, as the engine & both turbos went bang, due to swarf in the oil.

BMW honoured the repair costs at £37,000 !!!!!!

Quite surprised they didn't try to write the car off?

That's a sure sign your mate's M was abused in it's early life and with the 'flash' tunes they can be removed without any evidence prior to sale.

I've owned E46 E60 E92 and now F10, not once I purchased extended warranty. I do take my time to find a car that was taken care of and I continue to do the same. Never had any big problems. If you take care of her, she will do the same.
