Will KISU (Bluetooth compatibility) update effect coding?

I'm having BMW update the ECU software to the latest. They said they are also going to update the KISU (Bluetooth compatibility) to the latest. Will that effect any of the coding I have done? Or is that separate from an iDrive update?

It depends on the flash that they do. If they are flashing all ecu's you will loose your coding.
