Hi guys,

Who here has a AWE Tuning Exhaust and has a carbon fiber diffuser installed. . I tried doing it last night and the tips are too big. i was wondering if anyone on here has done something differently?

Thanks

So the tail pipe opening in the diffuser is smaller than the factory one?
I have the AWE as well, but haven't purchased a CF diffuser yet, which brand did you go with?

Hey jsnm Not sure of the brand i bought it of someone. . .it does fit in the oem bumper without any issues. . . but the AWE tips are in the way. i spoke with a rep from AWE they said it should fit. so i am wondering if i need to adjust the mufflers and etc. . .

Yea that could be the case, you can adjust the placement w the main pipe clamp and then each tip can be adjusted as well. I would take off the tips, install the diffuser then place the tips on and adjust as needed.

That's strange if the actual opening is smaller than the factory ones,I know my factory one is tight with the tips but they still have some wiggle room.
