Around 87K miles so far however, I'm really leaning towards my turbos leaking oil specially after I saw how one of them looked when I changed my charge pipe

What do you think does that look normal?

Oil consumption 1L every 1k miles.

Did you have catless DP's when you used the seafoam?

I had the same issue I used liqui molly a full can of engine clean and had the car idle for ten minutes. I flushed the oil once with clean oil and drained it and then I put my regular good oil in and I haven't had anymore more smoke come out the tail pipea

I'm wondering if I just use the oil that I have in it would that work to flush it? I'm about do for a change plus I was going to use 5w40 instead of 5w30 this time. What do you think?

Yes keep your old oil in. Use the engine cleaner with old oil. Once you have done that drain the old oil and use some shitty oil to flush it out again. I kept my old filter in. Once I ran that in the car I let it run for ten minutes and then flushed it once more I used the oil that I normally put in the car 5w—40 liqui molly molecular and put a new filter in. Also I was using 5w30 but the oil consumption was horrible . Seems to like the 5-40 a lot more

Ok, cool.

Yes, I'm burning through oil like crazy with this 5w30. Especially the way that I drive lol.
I'm going to get it done this weekend. I will give you an update afterwards.

Thanks, it worked. I couldn't deal with the thought of clouds of smoke coming out while driving, so I ran the car in the garage with sea foam in oil crancase, drove it for about 10 minutes and came back and changed the oil and put sea foam in the gas tank. Refreshed oil and a couple of days of driving and poof, NO SMOKE. Thanks again

This is good and interesting feedback. I'm assuming the CCV passages are getting clogged with carbon gunk to the point where it can't return the oil vapor fast enough, causing it to be pulled through and burned (smoke out the tailpipe). Cleaning the system opens up the passages again, allowing the system to work as designed.

This is my THEORY. Interested to hear other's thoughts that may know the CCV system on this engine better than I do.

I thought Seafoam wasn't good for our platform due to direct injection and the turbos. ??

I pulled over and the smoke had started to subside and after a couple mins was gone. Continued to my destination and when I restarted the car it was fine.
Nothing on the drive home.

Scared the crap out of me since I just bought this thing. lol
It is still under CPO warranty but I dont have stock cats to throw on to bring it in.

Current mods:
Tune
RK intakes
Catless downpipes
Axle back exhaust
Hi, have you find problem? Mine does it nearly 1 year now. Recently more ofthen. Looking where to start.

I was having the same issue then my tuner told me to start using 5w50. I have not had any issues come up again after doing this 2yrs ago.

I'm using 5w-50 and my car is still doing it only on a long idle. Funny thing is it isn't that bad at all when my my throttle is in sport plus. I wonder why? Anyone have a reason for me

Mine is now doing this but never noticed it before. I now have the cats on. Now I have gone catless at idle and setting off I have a cloud of smoke.then it clears.

Drives fine with no smoke . I am doing a oil catch and by passing the breather directly into the turbo housing. Will see how that goes

Hi, mine is acting differently. Only sometimes when coming to stop and then immediately clears. If i idle for 10 minutes or 20 minutes no smoke. How many miles your car? Keep updated about it.
