What a car - unobtanium for 99% of the enthusiast crowd though.

Don't think I've ever wanted a brand new car more than the GT4RS, too bad I will never get one.

ADM's are about 100k on top of MSRP in SoCal right now. Each dealer has only received 0-2 allocations currently and most went to 918 Spyder VIP's.

I am in the same boat as you. Dealer would not take my deposit since I’m not a top customer.

I was close at the MSRP. $141K MSRP vs prediction of $150K.

100k is less than I thought, was expecting 200ish.

Should've given him your Amex Centurian with one hand and your pancreas with the other

Wouldnt be surprised if its closer to $200k once cars start arriving. I mean, Beverly Hills Porsche has a preowned GT3 they are asking $320k for lol. Thats $100k+ over MSRP on a used car...

Is the 4 litre flat 6 in the GT3 and GT4RS the greatest performance engine ever built? 500 ponies from 4 litres with no blowers. Amazing.

They just raised the MSRP of the GT4 RS to roughly $150K so I am correct after all.

Forget the price - this car is unattainable. I have great relationships with a couple of big porsche dealerships and I asked out of curiosity only for them all to say that they can make something happen for the GT3 or even the upcoming 3RS but not the GT4RS.

You can get a 4RS - I can get you one but they want 200K over MSRP. Essentially starting at 350K...

Phenomenal car, but for 350K it's not a car I'm buying.

Are you ready for the 300K ADM on the upcoming Sport Classic?

Agreed, the base price + options already borders getting a little too expensive for a GT4. Almost rather get a clubsport at that point.

But from what I'm told is that they're all spoken for so you'd be paying over MSRP to another buyer.

There are plenty of allocations available from my talks with several NE dealers. They all just want insane amounts over MSRP. I don't think it is worth nearly 3X what my 718 GT4 is.

It's also funny that despite being a smaller car than the 992 GT3 with the same engine, it is still heavier and a bit slower in any metric. They held it back just enough so that it would not outperform the GT3.

It's down on power via the exhaust system or whatever which is easily fixable. That's expected. What isn't is the heavier curb weight from a car with smaller dimensions. It's the car's only flaw, well that and no 6MT, IMO.
