Last year I ordered a pretty decently priced leather sofa from Amazon. No joke - it arrived smashed with holes in the leather, no packaging, etc. I told the driver I wasn't accepting delivery. He was only one person, looked at me with an "I don't give a shit" look and used the automated pallet system on the back of his truck to dump the sofa at the front of my garage. I about screamed at him not to dump it but he said he had no choice and for me to contact the seller...then he drove off.

Thankfully it was Amazon and they came the next business day to pick it up and refund my money.
