Bmc Filters Installed

Not sure if its just me but had the BMC panels dropped in 4/5 days ago and id say it takes the car another 2-3minutes of driving to get up to operating temp so im guessing that means they are doing a better job than the original BMW filters

I put those on as well and took out the charcoal filters. Takes about 10 or so minutes before I see temp needle move

I hope your filters are not coated in oil otherwise you will probably get issues with you MAF clogging up.

Oils coated filters are a big issue with modern BMWs

Not 100% true.. it does to some cars, but they need wiping down before install to remove any excess oil. Some big power m5/m6 run these without problems

Good luck with them.

For info the Eventuri filters are Dry as are the other filters that Evolve sell both to protect the MAF.

If they say dry then that would be good enough for me
