Fitted it up and hate it

For the price it should have capped tube ends to cancel the drone

The tips stick out too far and cheap looking

Idle and take off sounds like a tractor
Quality is good aside from tip length

Full blast is loud thats the only good bit, the drone is unbearable!!!

Im going to butcher mine and match 3/4 of it with comp mufflers

I think Fi makes an exhaust for this platform too. i have fitted a Fi on my car and i love it. wrote a review for it on my M6 in the 6 forums. I am sure someone would trade their Fi for the RPI or maybe help you out on a sweet deal.

sorry to hear this man. I know someone else on hear had full catless with RPI and loved it. The drive-by vids sounded incredible from the outside but I can imagine the kind of drone you are dealing with.

I have Eisenmann Race with stock midpipes and catted AMS dp's and that is enough drone for me lol

I cant believe the people that have it rave about it!

Tractor on idle

Drone is more annoying than an x wife

It seriously with a little more r and d could be epic

you have drone because you have no resonators. I'm RPI careless dp, and rpi straight pipes w resonators. no drone son.

I dont think resonators would eliminate it

I read a few reviews and was thinking it would be the loudest exhaust ever and was disappointed

Drone aside

A long term feedback

Initially i had all stock and was underwhelmed with the performance

Went ess tune and catless and was happy for a while
Changed to rear comp mufflers and didnt like the sound so changed to stock mufflers

Went to supersprint rear race mufflers, idle was nicer but lost the crack noise on upshifts and didnt seem much louder
So went back to stock

Got the rpi gtm and fitted it
Pulled it off next day as it has drone at 1800rpm and sounds a bit crap at low rpm

Got some courage and fitted it back and did 1000km on it and loved it
Swapped back to stock for a day and didnt enjoy it so rpi gtm is on again

To be honest if this was a daily the rpi gtm and catless would be too much
But its so rambunctious it is crazy! I own a few other loud cars and this surpasses it
To be honest it sounds much better outside than inside

Hope this helps someone

Would u consider this exhaust bearable for someone that's not going catless? I just ordered one and I'm worried about the drone.
