Hopefully this is the right spot for this.

Up for sale is my 2006 M5. Silvergray with extended red leather interior.
Currently sitting at 78,450 miles, it will go up slightly as I do drive it in nice weather. The overall condition of the car is excellent with a 9.5/10 both inside and out. Has always been garage kept during my ownership, and always regularly maintained by trusted shops - reciepts to prove.

I have also addressed many of the major big ticket items that are known issues on these cars. Such items include:

-Throttle body actuators
-Vanos Solenoids
-Oil Cooler
-NEW SMG unit with pump
-New Clutch and flywheel from BMW
-New Battery
-New Sensors
-New Belts
-New Sparks and coils
-Oil Changed every 2500 miles or once per season - whichever came first

how many owners? any current issues that need to be addressed? Tires; brakes, etc.?

I am the fourth. No issues at all. I was going to do brakes in the spring. Car is beautiful inside and out. Garage kept. Always detailed. Paint shines like new. Leather is in better condition than most cars half its age, no scuffs on the wheels. Few tiny rock chips on the front bumper as with any 13 year old car. Shes good to go. Just needs a new owner. I have a bunch of maintenance records to provide as well.
