Please help! Akrapovic Exhaust metal rattling noise

Heres a clip of the problem. (Sorry the video is turned sideways.)

Ive did some research on the forums and figured out it might be the old gasket that i used for the akra exhaust but I also saw some members saying the flaps on the muffler went bad from a bmw dealership and they had to replace the whole system...

I was wondering if anyone else came across this issue with this exhaust system and found a solution.. I will look into replacing the gasket hoping that it'll fix the problem.

Thanks in advance!

My suggestion would be to physically wire the flaps open.
If the noise stops then you have found your problem.
If it persists then it is something else.

I used my friend's ExhaustMeister to keep the valves open but I still hear the metal rattling sound around 1200 to 1900 rpm...
