wow, your pics gave me some serious flashbacks.
Sorry to hear Gotthard and Susten were closed; they are awesome drives, but hey reason to give it another go on a future ED. Did you tilt shift all these post production or did you take everything in low F-stop / shallow depth of field? I hope you have a couple flatter pics with everything in focus!

Awesome pictures man! This thread should go on the front page.
Car looks fantastic too. I swear every time I see another new M5, I just want to buy another one. Lol!

Great trip. How come no Hallstatt or Grossglockner on the route? Also, were your summer tires ok for the trip? Looks like quite a bit of snow on the mountains - so assuming it was cold and hence the question for tires...
But truly epic. I wish I had more time in Europe with my M5. Really sad that I only have her for a day.

Hallstatt was part of the plan, decided to do Neuschwanstein Castle instead.
The snow is only on the high peaks, none on roads. April 15th is the last day for winter tires in Germany, summer tires are perfectly fine. |

Great choice on Tetedoie in Lyon. Had dinner there with the same view as you.
Best and most memorable meals I've had during my 4 day stay in Lyon. Although, I did miss out on Paul Bocuse. |
