Plug gap consensus for stock?
Is there a consensus on the correct/best plug gap for stock plugs and no tune? I've read it's .034, but that plugs coming out of at least some cars are .028 and some replacement plugs are coming at .030.

As an update, I checked half of the OEM plugs I got and they all appear to be at .028. Guess I'll leave em as is.

Late to the party - I too struggled to find out the "stock plug stock gap". I think .028 - .032 is considered normal. I recall most of the plugs I bought came gapped around .030. I closed them to .026 as I was/am planning a mild stage 1 tune. So far so good 10k miles later.
